CANCELLATION POLICY

My E-Tickets Limited is a travel agency whose primary responsibility is to book flight tickets and to answer customer questions about the services we provide. Here you will find information about the services that you (the User) can expect from us. We reserve the right to change our policy anytime. Any changes to our policy will be posted here.

Cancellations

  • All bookings made on My E-Tickets Limited are subject to cancellation penalty imposed by the respective airline(s), which may vary from flight to flight and class of booking.
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable and non-changeable as per the specific airline’s policy.
  • Some partially used bookings cannot be cancelled as per the specific airline’s policy.
  • Cancellations can be made by giving us a call @ 020 3574 9888, sending a message to our Customer Care through the Live Chat option on our Website or sending an email at info@myetickets.co.uk.
  • Modification/Changes fee on My E-Tickets Limited are subject to change as per respective airlines’ policies, which vary due to flight timings and class of booking.
  • In case of cancellation within 24 hours of the journey, customers are advised to contact My E-Tickets Limited directly.
  • In case of problems such as weather conditions, health issues, or an air traffic control problem occurs, we suggest he User to contact us and we will assist in finding the next best alternative.
  • If the flight has been delayed for more than 3 hours and the User decides to cancel the trip, we suggest them to call us. In this case, the penalty charges on your ticket might be waived (subject to approval from respective airline(s).
  • If the User has already checked in, they must wait for the next flight that departs within the next 24 hours.

Delays and cancellation notifications

  • My E-Tickets Limited regularly updates the flight’s current position on the screen. Our customer service staff will provide the User with all flight related information, including cancellations, delays, and diversions. We advise our clients to stay up to date on flight status alerts.

Rebooking

  • In case any booked flight has been cancelled or delayed due to any issues, and the customer decides to rebook the flight, we’ll do our best to get him booked in next available flight.
  • To rebook the seat in the next available flight, customer can call us @ 020 3574 9888, send a message to our Customer Care through the Live Chat option on the Website or send us an email at info@myetickets.co.uk.

Refund

  • Refunds will be processed as per the restrictions, fare rules and cancellation policy of the respective airline(s). Such refunds shall be subject to My E-Tickets Limited receiving the same from the airlines. However, the convenience fee which has been paid to My E-Tickets Limited at the time of booking is non-refundable.
  • In order to initiate the refund process, customer is advised to intimate My E-Tickets Limited directly. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refunds shall be processed after deducting the convenience fee paid to My E-Tickets Limited as mentioned above.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the same account and form of payment that was originally used for the payment. For example, if the User used a credit card, an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card will be made; likewise if the User used a debit card, refund amount will be credited to the same debit card.
  • In case of refund for the partially unused tickets, upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
