My E-Tickets Limited is a travel agency whose primary responsibility is to book flight tickets and to answer customer questions about the services we provide. Here you will find information about the services that you (the User) can expect from us. We reserve the right to change our policy anytime. Any changes to our policy will be posted here.

We recommend to read the below terms and conditions carefully.

Following terms are applicable to all of our services.

  • The costs are only applicable on weekdays.
  • The cost is determined by seat availability and cannot be done until the ticket is confirmed.
  • The charge and all other taxes are included in the costs indicated above.
  • The fare rates have an expiry date and may be removed any time without notice.

Airlines’ Terms

  • The airline tickets offered on the Website are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline, including cancellation and refund policies.
  • My E-Tickets Limited just works as an intermediary to let you buy an airline ticket. The contract of service for flight use is always between the User and the relevant airline.
  • Airlines reserve the right to rearrange flight schedules, alter or cancel flights or itineraries without prior notice to My E-Tickets Limited. As a facilitator, My E-Tickets Limited has no influence or power over the logistics of the airlines and is thus not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, that the User may suffer as a result of such flight alteration or cancellation.
  • Different tickets on the same airline may have different restrictions or contain different amenities and prices.
  • The luggage allowance on a particular fare is defined by the airline, and My E-Tickets Limited has no control over that. Some of the rates displayed in the booking flow are “hand baggage fares,” which do not include free check-in luggage and hence require the User to pay additionally for check-in baggage. The cost of adding check-in luggage to a reservation varies per airline.
  • If the User has any questions about airline terms, they may call or message us so we can assist them with the appropriate information.

Pricing

  • The price shown on the Website on the payment page includes the basic fare, applicable government taxes, and a convenience fee. Prior to the confirmation of their booking(s), users must pay the full price. My E-Tickets Limited reserves the right to cancel the booking if the User does not pay the full amount. The user undertakes to pay all relevant statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees that are applicable on the date of travel.
  • To avail infant fares, the kid’s age must be under 24 months throughout the journey. This includes both outbound and return flights. If the infant is 24 months or older on the return travel, the User must make a separate reservation using a child fare. According to the airline’s policy, any babies or minors must be accompanied with an adult.
  • If the User has any price questions, they can call or message us so we can assist them with the relevant information.

Travel Documents

  • It is the User’s entire responsibility to make sure that they have proper travel documents such as identification proof, passport, visa (including transit visa), and so on in order to travel. My E-Tickets Limited will not be held liable if the user is unable to travel due to lack of valid travel documents.
  • User acknowledges that any information (if any) provided by My E-Tickets Limited about travel documents is only advisory in nature and should not be deemed conclusive. The User is responsible for checking the requirements of travel with the relevant airlines of the territories through which the User may transit or choose to visit.

Terms for Check-in

  • Check-in times should be confirmed directly with the airlines. Check-in for domestic flights normally opens two hours before departure and three hours before departure for international flights.
  • Passengers going on a ticket, including children, should have proper identification proofs, passports, and age proofs as required to prove their identity, nationality, and age.
  • If the User has any questions about check-in, they can call us and we will assist them with the appropriate information.

Flight Segments Usage

  • If the User does not continue with the onward journey, the airline will immediately cancel the full PNR related to that ticket. In such a case, My E-Tickets Limited has no control over the procedure and is not bound to provide the User with alternative arrangements. In such a scenario, the cancellation penalty will be applicable as per airline rules.

Changes to an Exiting Booking

  • Any changes made to an existing booking would be subject to additional costs imposed by the respective airline, in addition to the service fee charged by My E-Tickets Limited.
  • In case of a change or modification to an existing booking, the User is obligated to pay the necessary charges. Charges for changes or modifications to existing tickets may vary based on the airline’s policy and pricing class.
  • If the User has any questions about changes to an existing booking, they can call us and we will assist them with the appropriate information.
